My food content centres on showcasing the beautiful culinary traditions of West Africa. Through exploration of history, culture and plant based ingredients, my recipes highlight the fullness of our continent. I use a variety of products from conventional grocery stores to ethnic-specific stores to create recipes that inspire and share culture. I also enjoy deep dives into food history that connect the Afro diaspora. I am open to food-based collaborations as well as speaking engagements.
